This email id is already registered with SUPREMO. Still if you are not able to login, you can use "Already Registered" option and follow the steps given below

a. Click on Already Registered Button.
b. System will ask your email id, this email id should be match with your previously registered email id.
c. An OTP will be generated and send to your registered mobile no and email id.
d. After successful submission of OTP, System will ask to choose your option (Print your existing Request Form or Modify your existing Request Form).
e. In the first case user can take a print out of existing request form and follow the below instructions for further action.
Note:
1. Please Sign it.
2. Go to registration page and click on CSS(Nodal) and click on (Upload Registration Confirmation Form) link.
3. Enter your registered email id.
4. Scan and upload the same (file) by clicking on upload button.
5. After verification of the given details, Your account will be activated.
f. In the second case, the registration form with previous entries will be open.
g. Modify your entries and click on submit.
h. Take a print out by clicking PRINT button and follow the above instructions in (e. ) for further action.
